From the minute I enquired about the property, Marsol Group staff were very friendly and professional and were great with communication. They kept me up to date with everything I needed to know and sent me all the relevant documents very quickly. Since moving into the apartment, I have found the Site Manager, Coléna Gordon, to be a very good landlord, nothing is too much and she is more than happy to help with any enquiry I have and deals with them very promptly. She always keeps me up to date with things that I need to know for example if the cleaner changes her days etc. Although I have only known Coléna for a short time, I think she is a fantastic landlord who is very easy to talk to and is very helpful. I can talk to her with ease and also know that if any problems did arise in the apartment, Colena would deal with them quickly.

I have nothing but good words to say about Marsol Group. They have always been reliable and made me feel at ease, from my first day moving in they have always made me feel comfortable and have always been there with any problem that I have had. They always make sure that the place has been well kept and keeps up to date with this with a weekly cleaner provided. They have always been very respectful and always at hand whenever I need them. I would highly recommend Marsol Group to anyone of my friends and to others.

Marsol Group provided me with such an efficient service from the word go! Especially given that I’ve worked with several other property management companies that talked a great game, but the service in real-time didn’t live up to what they said it would. Their transparency regarding the service was a breath of fresh air as there are no surprises. There are no questions they’re unwilling to answer. Very pleased!
