Typically, our clients take an initial 12-month agreement with the view of seeing how their investment will work under the partnership and then opt for a long term agreement between 3 or 5 years. During the term, we fully guarantee the rent and there will be no missed payments to you or your landlord. This will ensure you have a happy landlord, who in return will continue to want to use you as their agent.
