We provide suitable properties local authorities across the country, enabling them to provide vulnerable individuals with supported living arrangements. 

Our larger properties scale from 5 to 8 bedrooms with communal areas including a recreational room and an office space for the care professional(s) on-site. These properties are sufficient for local authorities to utilise for individuals who are deemed to be vulnerable, focusing purely on meeting the needs of people with complex needs who aspire to live independently in the community.

Property Management

We act on your behalf as the sole point of contact for property management and maintenance.

Spacious Accommodation

All rooms are a reasonably sized and comfortable with recreational rooms included in all of our properties.
